u.s. office furniture orders up 2 pct - trade group

An analyst said that office furniture orders shrank further in December, continuing a slowdown in growth.
December orders increased by 2% year on yearover-
Reached $0. 875 billion this year, down 3% from $0. 9 billion in November, the Association of furniture manufacturers in business and institutions (BIFMA)said.
Shipments also slowed in turn, rising 5% to $1.
According to BIFMA data, it increased by 1 billion compared to 8% in November.
